I write sentences as my thoughts levitate and drift freely.
They may take the form of poems, fragments of novels, essays, diary entries
— or sometimes nothing in particular.

I write them in both English and Japanese.
At times, they might resemble each other;
at other times they might be completely different.

“浮遊” (fuyu, the Japanese title of this site) means floating or drifting freely,
sometimes in water, sometimes in air.

As I write, I wish not only my thoughts but also myself to drift and float.
Writing holds a special magic that lets me levitate.
